I've gone through the manual process of upgrading my build from V7.6.4 to V7.14. I've followed the steps outlined to do this but even though the front end of the site loads as expected in the backoffice I can only see the content tree:
With no visible stacktrace errors, however when I inspect the page I can see missing file references:
Has anyone seen this before? Or could someone help?

Hi Craig
Look for duplicate entries in config/applications.config
Also if you click on the 'GetSections' error in the console, you might get some more detail...
But usually this happens when there is a duplication added during the upgrade.

I believe ive had the same issue, try deleting the cache in the temp folder (backup it up just in case first) and then rebuild and try again...
