Umbraco 4.5 Date Picker. Date Format. Anyway to change?

I see in the source the datepicker runs a piece of jquery like
"jQuery(

'#txtAdminStatEndDate').umbDateTimePicker(false, 'Choose Date', 'No date chosen', 'Clear Date')"

Can we pass in dateformat as well??
