    Publish and Send to Publish menu options fail

    I'm running v.4.5.1 and when using the icons in the Content tab and can publish or send content for approval with no problems.

    If I right click on the node and click either Publish or Send to Publish, I get a pop up window instead of a thought bubble, the text inside has no styling and clicking "Close Window" does nothing and/or causes a javascript error.
