Hi guys.
In versions below 4.5.x you were able to sort the document types in the "Create.." dialog by simply putting a white space in front of the name. See this thread for more info: http://our.umbraco.org/forum/templating/templates-and-document-types/6588-Sorting-Document-Type-List-in-Create-dialog
How do you achieve this in 4.5.x ?

They are alphabetically sorted if I recall correctly.
Prefix them with numbers, that should do it
