Does anyone know if it possible to manage multiple websites / domains from a single SoftSys hosting shared account (with additional domains added)? I was wondering if they allow this or if they require each domain to have it's own CMS installation.
Dumb question. In the past on a server of mine I've setup multi sites on umbraco install. I use a cname like pointhere.mywebsite.com to direct all traffic in. Then set UseDomainPrefixes to true. IIS is set to direct all incoming traffic to my umbraco install which picks up the names and directs to the appropriate site. Works great.
On SoftSys Hosting can I do something similar? Having a bit of trouble getting it to direct properly with UseDomainPrefixes set to true after adding a subdomain of sites. to the domain. Any ideas?
