Do you have more info on Rooms/Dining? Are these 'content' that may be shared by multiple Hotel/Hotel appartments?

In the group website there is a hotel link that displays the different hotels. When the user selects a specific hotel the website should change the content and image
for that specific hotel. At the same time the navigation will change because for the specific hotel website I'll be needing a link for the rooms.

I'm trying to create a site having this type of navigation
This navigation is for the group site
Home
Hotels
Hotels Aparment
Dining
Meetings
When the user selects any of the hotel or hotel apartment it should redirect to a page specific to that hotel.
The layout and design is the same as the group site the difference will be the content, images and the navigation structure.
For specific hotel or hotel apartment the navigation should look like this.
Overview
Rooms
Dining
Meetings
And for the group site and the specific hotel site I also need to create another version for language translation.
I'm just confused on how I will design the content structure.
Any advice please?
