The quick answer is no, you can't remove the Login, Email and Password fields from the dialog box.
The longer answer is, yes - you could - either by hacking the core (very much NOT recommended) or by re-producing the members appTree with a custom appTree... but again, I wouldn't recommend this either!
The main reason being that the members database (and API) expect values for those fields.
Why would you not want to have a username/password for a member? (I can understand why no email).
If you want to use the member tree for holding subscribers to a newsletter, I can see why you wouldn't no need a username and password, but other than that...
