To run several sites in one installation, you need to set up some hostnames inside of Umbraco, like the wiki explains. Then you must bind the domains to the website in the IIS. And of course you have to point the domains to the server where the website is hosted.
How is your content section structurede and have you entered hostsnames for domain.tld and www.domain.tld for each of your sites and are they corresponding to bindings you have setup in your IIS?
I think you just need to make sure the DNS is pointing to the IP of your webserver.
Running multiple sites on one Umbraco instance
I'm trying to run multiple sites on a single Umbraco instance. I've followed this wiki article (http://our.umbraco.org/wiki/how-tos/running-multiple-websites-on-one-umbraco-installation) but only the main site comes up. What else must I do? I assume I need to do some DNS changes to get the other sites to work?

I hope this helps you out a bit.
