Strange doc type behaviour when using full stops in name

Hey I have an install of umbraco v 4.6.1

I noticed some odd behaviour when adding new doc types. When i give a doctype a name with a full stop the doctype appears within a folder.

Has anyone else noticed this? Is it a feature i dont understand or a bug? if i remove the full stop it reverts itself so no harm caused just a bit weird.

I can't reproduce this error, but I'm using the latest nightly so it might already be fixed for 4.6.2.

I've just tried this on a fresh 4.6.1 (release version) install and don't get this problem.

Do any of your packages do anything with document types, that you know of?

Are there any javascript errors? Do you see the same when you log out and back in?

Hmmm, that does sound suspicious .. if at all possible, you could try to move the DLL for that package out. f the bin folder temprorily and see what happens.
