Just installed Umbraco 4.6.1 but and there are two very strange things.
1. I cant add new users, the create option is greyed out. Check image below.
2. I cant login from other computers than the actual web server, which won't hold for the long run...
I've been trying with IE 8, FX, Safari, Chrome...
Thankful for any help.

You should be able to right click the users folder and choose "create" from the context menu that appears.
Not sure why the "create" button is disabled in this section but maybe it's a minor very confusing bug?
