Pop ups not displaying correctly in umbraco

    Hi everyone,

I've just noticed that my popup boxes are all off and wondered what might have gone wrong to cause this. Same thing for all the pop ups. I have just installed umbraco 4.6.1 on a subdomain and it looks fine. This screenshot is from umbraco 4.6.1 on my main domain. Here's the screenshot:

See everything's a bit pushed off the edge. Any ideas? Thanks :)

    Sam.

    Hi Sam

Maybe this has to do with permissions? Have the proper permissons for network service and iusr been set on the Umbraco root folder?

Also...are you running integrated mode on the app pool?

    Hi Jam,

I thought maybe just some files were missing so I just upgraded again from fresh, I checked all the permissions twice last night on all the folders. The umbraco root folder is httpdocs which I can't do much with, I can only change permissions of app_code, app_browsers etc etc, but it works on my subdomain??

Running integrated mode on the app pool? <------ sorry, not sure what you mean

I use a plesk shared host so I'll go and see if I can find out. I have test.site.com (with umbraco 4.6.1 working fine), and www.site.com (with umbraco 4.6.1 working weird) - still works but UI is pissed.

    Hi Sam

I must admit I don't know much about controling the site setup with Plesk.

I just know that the "Managed Pipeline mode" in the app pool needs to be set to integrated mode when I do local installs. But you probably don't have access to web server settings I guess.

Maybe you need to contact your host about this then?

    /Jan

    Thanks Jan,

Solved with a full fresh re install of v4.6.1, then via ftp just transferred my required files across and works perfect. Still not sure what caused it though.

    Sam.
