That is somewhat where I am going with it. Maybe make it a property of content page to autoexpand child nodes making the default value false (not expanded) of course. Some of my pages are 3 levels deep in the hierarchy and having them auto-expand on load of the menu would be incrediably helpful. For instance. On my Prospective Family node below, I would set it to autoexpand child nodes and it would expand all below it.

Could you tell us a bit more about what you're thinking?
What is the user scenario for this functionality? Do you want all the nodes to be expanded by default once one is logged in to Umbraco?
