    Creating Drop-downs

    Hi Folks,

Sorry, another newbie questions - I've only started using Umbraco today!

I want to create a nice drop down menu - other cms' I've used have plugins that create these for you. I'm familiar with CSS but haven't attempted a drop-down before and don't know jquery. My question is, are there any third party plugins that create menus or if there is a CSS solution, can I be pointed in the right direction?

    Your help is appreciated.

http://users.tpg.com.au/j_birch/plugins/superfish/ one advantage over others is that is degrades to a css only implementation if javascript is disabled for some reason or other.

I use css based 'ddsmoothmenu' for the drop down.

    Darren,

I prefer to use CSS solutions rather than 3rd party plug-ins. This site: http://www.cssmenumaker.com/ will provide you with a basic CSS drop down template

    Cheers
