    Zip Upload + Umbraco 4.7 returns funky errors

    Hi

    I get this when using Zip Upload and Umbraco 4.7

    Multiple controls with the same ID 'dashBoardZipUpload' were found. FindControl requires that controls have unique IDs.

    Any ideas what to do to get zip upload working with umbraco 4.7?

    This doesn't really answer your question, but I believe ZipUpload was removed in 4.7 and replaced with Desktop Media Uploader.  I wonder if it didn't get removed from your dashboard.config?

    Can someone confirm that zip upload it is removed. If it is it should be noted in release docs.

    BTW I prefer zipupload, it don't need any aditional components installed.

    I can pretty much confirm it's gone, on a fresh install of 4.7 there is no ZipUpload option and DMU is in it's place.  Also that looks to be the case according to this changeset:

    Changed all TheOutfield namesspaces to Umbraco
    Added DMU dasboards
    Removed ZipUpload dashboards
    Added air mimetype to web.config

    There may still be a way to use it though, but I'm not sure.  Might have to retrieve the files from an older release and check your dashboard.config.  Sorry!
