When
i'm trying to insert link in Tiny MCE the "insert/edit link" dialog
is missing the Target and Anchor controls.
The
result is no link is created in the text, when "insert" buttom is
clicked. The dialog window dosent close, and the URL and Title fields are blanked
but no link is created in text.
Had
the problem in version 4.6.1, an update to 4.7 final didnt fix the problem

Tested in chrome, IE 8, firefox - same behavor

This is perhaps a long shot...but are you sure permissions have been set correctly? It indeed seems like at very odd behaviour.

I think the permissions are correct. compared to working sites runing 4.5.2
insert anchor, image, custom characters and table, all work, but not insert link
this is output for chrome dev tools console
any suggestions?
