    TinyMCE toolbar button tooltip text

    Quite a number of the toolbar buttons for the RichText Editor don't have a friendly tool tip eg the cut tool button has the tip "umbraco.cutdesc" when mouse over. I would prefer users to see a friendly description. I know most of the buttons are self explanatory, but the odd one would be difficult for user to work out eg umbracomacro.desc, umbraco.charmapdesc. Where are these set so that I can edit the tips?
