I have prviously been able to translate document type names, property names, property descriptions, tab names etc. But now in my fresh install of Umbraco 4.7, all I get are the keys. However, the transalted vales show up correctly in the tree.
Can anyone else confirm this, or am I suddenly doing things wrong?

Could not repro -- upgraded recently from 4.5 to 4.7 and dictionary keys are working fine.
This is what it looks like for me.
Never mind, it had to do with the language of my user, of course...
