Rackspace Cloud Server Size with Umbraco?

I'm trying to hook up the cheapest rack space cloud configuration I can get for a new website.  I'll ramp it up later if we get users.

I was thinking of doing the 2048 MB windows server config and use SQL Express as my database.  Does anyone know how umbraco runs under that?

    Anyone else have rackspace experience?

    -Nate

Bump.  Actually thinking of using mySQL now instead of SQL Express.

Nate - You end up doing this? We are considering Amazon EC2 or Rackspace cloud server. What is your site load like? We may have at highest load (on press release) 200-300 simultaneous users, but in general we have about 150 page views an hour.  I want to be able to serve content quickly during the surges but not overdue the server so that we are paying too much for the slower times.

We ended up going with Azure: www.trainerroad.com

If you're a start up you can have a bizspark membership and get 3 years free.

Azure works great with umbraco.  You could even bump up the instances when you have press releases then scale them back when you don't.  You can do that all through the web silverlight interface.
