I want to know if the Umbraco (any released version.Please don't say Umbraco 5.0 because it is not released yet) is compatible with MVC Razor. If yes then How?
Actually i want to create a community site for news, blogs using Umbraco and Razor and also want to embed the data from sql server for these to Umbraco and show to the user. I have to use Razor engine and Umbraco. Please let me know how is it possible and from where I have to start(step by step)?
I had downloaded Umbraco 4.7 which was a project folder having aspx files but not .cs files.
I run the project and install the Umbraco step by step.
Now i add the macro in scripting folder.
I don't know how to get the data from the sql server database and use it in Umbraco for database operations and then get the data from umbraco to MVC .cshtml files. I can'nt use aspx forms in the MVC due to client requirements.
Please provide the steps to get the data in umbraco and integrate with CSHTML for Blogs.

when we create some macros the templates get stored in the database and when we run Umbraco release again then it get from database.
Now if I add the umbraco folder in my MVC Razor website and want to access the umbraco pages for creating the blogs, News updates etc.
Then How I will be able to do this? and How I can create the templates for Blogs using Umbraco? as i am going to build community disscussion site with Umbraco.
I download Umbraco 4.7 Binary and Umbraco RC. but during Installation both allows only sample website starter kit to download and giving error in others. Will someone please provide me the link for full download of Umbraco 4.7 without errors and missing files.

This blog shows a nice example on how to use Linq To Umbraco in razor: http://www.cultiv.nl/blog/2011/2/16/how-to-use-razor-in-umbraco. You could do the same for sql queries.
