    Unpublish deletes media references

    I have noticed that if i unpublish a page that uses a media picker data type, all references to picked media are removed from the page.

    Is this a bug? Is there a way to stop it happening?

    Witch version are you using?

    I can replicate this on umbraco v 3.0.6 (Assembly version: 1.0.3050.25839).

    Perhaps it has been resolved in version 4? Too bad I can't upgrade since the site in question is using Lefteris Multiple Media Picker and it's not fully compatible with Umbraco 4. :-(
