permanent change in content direction and make it rtl

I have a question .. As I remember in the first release of umbraco 4 was a facility which change the direction of content right to left but it wasn't permanent (I don't remember it exactly .. now I can not find it).
I was thinking about a way to change the direction .. how can we change a content direction permanently .. We can change the direction of end user page in template .. but a person who is working with control panel and enter and type their data in our language will face some difficulties that can cause some problems ..
I've not gone thorough the source code of umbraco cms because when I want to compile it there were lots of errors so I postpone it up to when I really need changing the source code for my changes .. Is there any work that I can do now about it .. I couldn't find any solution .. #-o
