Don't know if you're already aware of this, but the content strucure in the content panel is like a folder structure. A page can have subpages, which means that pages can function as folders.
What kind of documents that can be children of other kind of documents (Document types) is controlled in the settings section. For each documenttype you define you can define which document types can be a childs of the document type.
Be aware that the structure you create in the contents section is directly reflected in the URLs for your pages. For instance if you have a document named "contact" and this document have a child document named "map" in a root document with a defined host name like "mysite.com". The latter documents child will have the following url:
Adding Folders/Directories to the Content area
How do I create a folder structure in the little content panel?
Right now I just have a "Content" folder, a bunch of "pages" and the trash.
I need to organize my pages into logical folders.
Thanks,
Paul.

Thank you Jesper! We spent the better part of day trying to figure this out. Just had to think outside the box. :)
