    Umbraco 3.x with IE 8?

    Hi everyone,

    Is anyone using IE 8 together with a version 3 of Umbraco?
    Our company is planning to upgrade the employee PC's to IE8 and are asking the application managers to check wether it is compliant/working?

    Additionally, how is Umbraco 4 doing on IE8?
    Is this working too?

    Any answer would be much appreciated,

    I haven't encountered any problems with the backend of umbraco. I did have some troubles with the front-end, but I solved that by forcing IE8 to treat the site IE7-compliant.

    I found some other post mentioning to put Umbraco code into IE 7 compatibility mode too, is that necessary for the Umbraco back-end?

    Fully compatibility with IE8 & IE 9.

    I haven't encountered any problems with the backend of umbraco.

    Getting some issue with the front-end, but I solved. IE8 or IE 9.
