    no nodes splash and republishing

    Hi All,

    We are using 4.6.1 and are getting the no nodes splash as discussed in this post - http://our.umbraco.org/forum/ourumb-dev-forum/bugs/13649-Site-repeatedly-reverting-to-no-nodes-splash-page

    I have applied Darren's patch but we have 11K nodes on one site which still timeouts when doing the republish. I know 4.7 fixes this but could any one tell me how it does it? Does it do a republish? If so what is the timeout? Darren's patch has 

    Server.ScriptTimeout = 100000;

    Which for that many nodes still timeouts!

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Not sure how it was fixed exactly, but I believe this is the changeset where the fix was added if it helps:  https://hg01.codeplex.com/forks/gplwhite/umbraco/rev/4debf55c64e7
