In Firefox or IE 9, I can use the "Insert/edit anchor" button in TinyMCE and it adds a little yellow anchor icon so that you can see the anchor. However, our editors are running IE 8, and for them the yellow icon doesn't appear; the text moves slightly to the right (providing a space for the icon to slot into) but the icon doesn't show up.
Is there anything I can do to make this work in IE 8?
Update: I created a new VM with a clean install of Windows Web Server 2008 R2, SQL Express 2008 R2 and Umbraco 4.7 (installed using Microsoft WPI). I still couldn't see the yellow anchors icon in IE 8, but they started showing up immediately after installing IE 9.
Related but different issue - I noticed this week that if you edit and publish a page in Chrome the anchors appears as broken images on the front of the site.
IE 8: Anchors not showing up
Hi,

I'm running Umbraco 4.7.
Thanks,
Chris

Has anyone else run into this?
I haven't been able to find any evidence of this working for anyone, so I've now reported it as a bug:

Hey
Related but different issue - I noticed this week that if you edit and publish a page in Chrome the anchors appears as broken images on the front of the site.
