display the "root" node name in the url

when I have more than 1 second-top "root" node, for instance: Content-->home,mini-site(home and minisite are the children of content), I dont see the name of Content's children in the url when I navigate to Content's grandchildren.

It's a big problem for me, as I can't create 2 documents which are named the same. The only way I can think about is creating one child of Content that includes the rest of the children, but it seems foolish to me.

anyone can help me with this issue? I have to note that I would prefer a solution that enables not to display the node name on the url for specific nodes only, for instance: home/member will be "/member.aspx", but mini-site/member will be:"minisite/member.aspx"

    Hi Ben,

If the URL for mini site is supposed to be www.yousite.com/minisite/member.aspx shouldnt it be created under your home node anyway? If you wanted the url to be minisite.yoursite.com then you could use the setup you have currently but use manage hostnames to handle the sub domain.

Hope that helps andd sorry If i am missing the point.

Thanks for your reply. Anyway, I guess my request is imposible to implement, cause I've read that the soltion is to add an extra root node under the Content node.
