    mandatory field does not work for ucomponents dropdown checklist

    Hey guys,

    i have a ucomponents dropdown checklist which needs to be a mandatory field.. I checked the mandatory property when adding it to the properties of a doc type..

    But on the page i can leave it empty and it doesnt complain.. I was wondering if someone else has this problem as well..

    Can i alternatively add a regex to check for empty strings?? (my regex know-how is a bit rusty).

    Dropdown checklist adds the selected values, comma seperated.. 

    i hope someone can help out..

    Update on this issue, we've now implemented the mandatory check for the DropDown CheckList data-type. (More info on our CodePlex)

    The fix will be available in the next bug-fix release, v3.0.4 ... no firm dates yet, (next week or so), but do let us know if you need it urgently.
