    change the language of backend to hebrew

    UI Questions

    hi all

    i installed in the "languages" under "settings", the  "hebrew" language.

    but in the user acount i have only the languages that comes with umbraco.

    i want to change the UI to hebrew for the regular users.

    how do i do that?
