Using 4.7.1 version of Umbraco. I have added Public Access permissions to my top node (and therefore it is applied to all nodes) to force the user to login as soon as they bring up the web site.
The problem is that the Public Access role based setting keeps getting removed from the HOME root node. Happend 3-4 times in the past day. Seems to keep occuring after a computer restart.
Any ideas on how to fix this or another way to structure my web site to force a LOGIN as soon as the site is open? I've tried to figure out how to make my LOGIN the root node of the web site, but havent had any success yet. This is my page structure, thanks in advanced:
Sorry, I didnt find a solution. In my case, the problem seemed to present inself when I closed WebMatrix when the website was still opened in a browser. Either way, I never found a definite cause or solution to the issue unfortunately. I just had to keep adding the permissions back.
