I have a request from a client who wants to be able to associate content from one Website to the other.
To be more precise we have 2 different instances, a Corporate website and a Mobile Website. What the client wants is to be able to grab content (RTE) from the Corporate to the Mobile website.
Is that possible considering they are both on the same domain.
So lets say am on the mobile website and i need to get the latest updates or the latest Events that has been published on the Corporate Website, CMSImport will be able to grab those infos.
What the client doesnt want to is having to modify changes on the corporate website which is a multilingual one and then doing the same process on the mobile one.
I think I need to be sure I understand this correctly...Do you have two seperate instances that are running independently of each other for serving the same site in a desktop version and then an instance for serving the mobile site? Or are both instances of the site running in the same Umbraco installation but in two different branches?
If it's running two unique instances - then what are your reason for this?
I know it's a lot of questions but I'm a bit curious to know about the setup :)
Associating a Content From One Website to Another
Hi Guys,

mobile
m.domain.com
Corporate
coporate.domain.com
Any suggestions if this is possible?

If they were in 1 instance you could create some events to do this, but with 2 different instances it might be best to use Courier or CMSImport.

How would Corrier handle this?
