    v3 Creating Wierd Alternative Links w/ Partial Paths

    We're seeing some very odd behavior in the back-end related to Alternative Links - umbraco is contructing the Alternative Link URL using:

        FQDN + partial directory path + page name

    So, for the directory path:

        magic > magicbath > shipping

    I'd expect the Alternative Link URL to be:

        http://www.magicamerican.com/magicbath/shipping.aspx

    But it is actually:

        http://www.magicamerican.combath/shipping.aspx

    On the front-end everything seems to be working as expected with the full-URL being used for the published pages.  I'm planning an upgrade to v4 soon as well, so this may go away or it may get worse.  Ever seen this before?
