Any one is having ready to use tool list for umbraco? i need list of tools that can be deployed / Installed in umbraco. E.g Blog module..

Try looking at the project list maybe? http://our.umbraco.org/projects - This is where all the packages for umbraco should be listed over time.

Btw: what exactly do you mean by tools? Packages? dev tools?
