asp.net user control with telerik controls

Hello

I have make a Usercontrol with Controls from Telerik

When I upload it to my Umbraco Installation telerik controls not working - combo not dropping down, radgrid is not editable

Is this a Problem to use Telerik Controls in my Usercontrol ????
