info under settings > structure tab and other tabs missing
A select few document types will not show any info under the structure tab, generic tab, or the tabs tab.
The only thing I have done was install the uComponents package and create a datatype. I did not notice if it was an issue prior.. I tried all browsers to make sure it was not a display issue.
What happens if you try to reset the permissions for network service and iusr? These issues are usually related to permissions being altered somehow I think.
Try setting the permissions on the root folder containing Umbraco and make sure it's inherited all the way down to all files and folders on the sublevels.

I am not sure what I need to do.
Is this a system wide issue on my server or under the specific acct within the umbraco? I checked another site and I am not having the same issues.

That did it!!! I gave IUSR full permissions on the root folder!
