I created a partial contains Chinese content by Partial Editor. The content displays properly inside the editor, but not in page preview. Then I use Visual Studio open the partial as (UTF-8 without signature), all content displays in the right way. I save the file as (UTF-8 with signature) again and the page preview is good. Anyone have the same problem?
