I am no expert on translations, but as far as I am aware there isn't an available translation for Farsi. If you could do a translation that would be excellent!
To do this, go to the folder: "\umbraco\config\lang\", make a copy of the "en.xml" (English), name it "fa.xml", open in your text-editor and make your translations.
Once you have the translation file in place, you will be able to select it in the Users section from the available languages drop-down.
I'm not sure how much demand there is for Farsi, doubt it would be bundled with the Umbraco core distribution, but I'd definitely suggest making it available in the projects section. (Same as the Chinese language is available)
