and this works. I was trying to re-organize the home pages, so they become siblings and then I get a 404.
This is the first issue.
The second issue is that now I want to add another homepage with a different hostname. In order to do this, I need to set the hostname of the English homepage as well. So the I set the English homepage to www.mydomain.com, but then all the homepages under it get the culture settings of the English homepage and the dictionary becomes useless.
Is there any configuration / structure change I can make that will allow me to use this multilingual and multi-host setup?
Also, in case it is relevant, I don't use file names and I have the trailing slash turned on.
Multilingual and multi-hostname on the same install
Hi,
I'm getting a little lost with my Umbraco install. I had a nice little site and it has grown and become multilingual.
Now we also want to host another related site on the same Umbraco install.
My current setup is like so:
English Homepage
-- About us
-- How it woks
-- Russian Homepage
---- About us
---- How it works
-- Japanses Homepage
---- About us
---- How it works
This works well for now. I have en.mydomain.com on the top (English) homepage, which also handles www.
The Japanese homepage is at www.mydomain.com/jp-jp/
and this works. I was trying to re-organize the home pages, so they become siblings and then I get a 404.

Thank you! and sorry for the super long question.
