I want to create an events calendar in umbraco, the idea is simple (although the execution is difficult as I have mimimal umbraco experince ) on the front end I need a calendar widget and when the user selects a day any events from that day are returned and shown below.
I would suggest creating a new "play" site and installing this package to see how it function.
From memory all the functionality is xslt based and so it should be easy enough to copy/paste the xslt files/css/jquery/load the document types/templates/etc from the play site.
