How to get certified in the UK

    Hi Guys,

Not sure if this is the best place for this post, but doesn't seem to fit with any of the headings.

Anyway, I was just wondering if there is any way to become certified in the UK, without having to travel to denmark? (I would love to, i just can't afford it).

    Many thanks

    Matt

    Hi Matt,

It doesn't have to be as expensive as you might think.

I am going across for the level 2 course in a couple of weeks time, flying EasyJet £54 return and then while

I am there I am couch surfing ( http://www.couchsurfing.org ) so I am not having to pay any accomodation costs,

it's just food and beer :)

Aparently flights to Malo and then a bus can sometimes be cheaper, so it's worth checking that too :)

On the UK training side, I know Douglas Drobar does official level 1 training in the UK, but I don't think there

is anyone who does official UK training for level 2.

    Cheers,

    Chris

    Thanks Chris,

I'll have to take another look at the prices, and see if I can sway the company to let me go =)

    Matt,

Doug Robar is a level one trainer based in the UK. You'll get the chance to meet him on Thursday at the event and see whether he can help.

For Level two I'm not sure that it is currently available in the UK.

    Thanks.

    Darren.

    Thanks Guys,

Would be great to meet up, but I don't think I'm going to make the event now. I only spotted it this weekend so dropped my name down without knowing my schedule for this week, but it looks like I have an important meeting.

Doug, I'll drop you a line and see what we can do.

    Many thanks

    Matt
