When press publish while the document is checked out for editing (using concierge), the document gets checked back in. This i believe shouldn't happen. Check in action should be a manual task. as the user might often not even notice that the file is checked back in, and continue editing the document without having it exclusively checked out have obviously consequences (overwriting by other users...) 

So is this something can be controlled via web config? to tell Umbraco not to check any document in unless it's told to do so?
