    Change start node in Umbraco

Whenever a user (including me or my client with his own account) logs into Umbraco, the first node you always see is 'Content' (indeed, that is the first node in the hierarchy of Umbraco). Because there ain't much you can edit in this particular node, I would like to change this 'start page' from 'Content' to 'Home', so that everytime I log in, the first page I get to edit is the homepage.

I have seen the option where you can set a Start Node in the user section, but this doesn't work for me since this option immediately removes the 'Content' node from the hierarchy, which I do not want to lose. I just want to START from a different node. I COULD however afford myself to lose 'Content' since there's no use of this page at all for my clients, but then my clients then also lose their trash can.

Does anyone know a solution to set a start node WITHOUT losing 'Content'?

I think that Umbraco 4.8 supports some kind of deeplinking (see this topic). Maybe you can let the user login and let him jump directly to the home node.

Thanks, but I can see clearly that the solution to this (in my opinion simple) question is, unfortunately, far above my Umbraco knowledge for now.
    But thanks anyway!
