    HELP!! Domain issue

    Hi Guys,

Im not sure if this is the right place to post this but I have a major issue (v 4.7.2)

The site was having some issues so I took it offline and was running it under another URL (domain) - all looks fine and running okay.

Heres the funny bit - when I switch it back to the real domain name the CPU and Memory spikes like mad!! I cannot figure this out!

I have scheduled tasks on the site - could it be a scheduled task that is still runing somewhere?!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated on a friday afternoon!!!

    Kenny

Obvious one, have you tried disabling the scheduled tasks to see if this is the root of the problem?

IF they are running as scheduled tasks on your server, you should be able to right click and disable them from running. Where are they seutp from and what server os is it?

Ah, they are set up in Umbraco as scheduled tasks - i think i will just delete them and see if this helps.

    Thanks,

    Kenny

Problem solved. It was nothing to do with the domain name but a legacy dll file which had a bug in it. (ImageGen but I have since upgraded and it now works great!)

    All sorted. :)

    Now for the weekend.
