First thing you have to do is add the Swedish language to Settings \ Languages. After that you can add this language to a User account. When you logout and login with the User account you have changed the language for you will see that everything is translated.
But, if you only need the names of sections to appear in Swedish you can also only change the English language file. You will find the file in the folder umbraco\config\lang\en.xml. You need to change within <area alias="sections">.
From the top of my head, there is something going on with scandinavian languages. By default, there is a no.xml and sv.xml file present in the umbraco/config/lang-folder.
BUT, this is not enough if you want the language to be active. I think the solution here is to copy the sv.xml-file and name it se.xml
Martijns option could work, but then you will loose the ability to show english titles to other users perhaphs.

I dont think I was specific enough: The icons in the bottom with the sections is all in english eg: Content, Media Users etc..
All other stuff is in swedish as it should be.
Ah, makes sense. Should have read better ;)
All text is in an image. You can find it at: umbraco/images/tray/traySprites.png
HTH,
Peter
Perfect!
But it seems strange that the text should be in an image? Wouldnt it be better to put that in the language files?
I agree with that, perhaphs you could post that on Codeplex as feature-request?
Done!
