Whenever I make a selection of text in RTE, and choose a style to apply to the selection, all text suddenly gets selected and got this style applied to it. I just want my selection to be applied, nothing more.
What am I doing wrong?
PS: I have put two RTE's on the same page, could this cause a problem somehow?
Unfortunately it can sometimes be a bit of a challenge to apply custom styles to certain parts of the text in a rte field.
How have you created the content? Is the text pasted from another website, word or something? Then you might need to correct some breaks etc. in order to have the correct paragraphs created. Once paragraphs are created correctly it should be fairly easy to apply custom defined styles. Lists however can be a challenge, as so can links.
