Some users report me "Error parsing XSLT file" error on my site sometimes occured. When they (or I) try reproduce error, it doesn't occur. Is there any way how to get more information and/or store it or send it by e-mail? Is it possible to catch such error with elmah?
It's very strange issue, becouse it occured when users fill form and order something, so I need to fix it before site goes live. Any help welcomed.
You really need to be able to reproduce it to fix it, else you'll only be guessing. My advice would be to ask for a more detailed bug report, along with screenshots and details on the exact steps they took before seeing the bug
What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. 2. 3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Yes, that's what I want, and user response: I try it again to be sure error occured, and yes it occured. Then I start creating screenshots, but everythings works fine.
So I need some tool which "catch" userinformations (session and request.Form) and send it to me if error occured.
