Problems with two different log-in pages (members etc.)

I have created a mobile site for the company i am working for, and before public release we will only release it for a small test group to begin with.

Since it would then be uploaded to our live servers, we would have to restrict access to that group. Here i thought it would be a clever idea to use umbraco's user role based restriction, so the test users would be given a password to access it, and keep out unwanted users for the time being.

BUT! On the site we are using .net user controls to log in to our own servers and fetch our own data from our databases. And logging in with the generic log in asp.net control for the umbraco members, tricks our user controls into thinking someone has logged in. Thereby showing the "LoggedInTemplate" in log in views.

So, is it possible to have two seperate .net logins on the same site? Is there another clever solution?
