A lot of features have been turned OFF by design (such as smileys, color and fonts which doesn't belong in a CMS that likes semantics and beautiful websites).
I always try to minimize the options for editors, because the more options, the harder it is to actually *manage* the *content*, which is Umbraco's foremost task, in the solutions I deliver.
But let's hear it - what are the options you or your editors are missing, and maybe we can find a way to do it, either through TinyMCE or some other brilliant method :-)
Hey Guys I think I understand what you are telling me the solution must been for me to tell, as a designer and developer, not to use a lot of different options beacuse i will be harder to as you said Niels "*manage* the *content*".
Anyways I still think it could be nice if all the options like: http://www.tinymce.com/tryit/full.php was easy accessable and then it's the developers dission whitch options there sould be a part of the solution???
Tiny mce - how to fully Integrate
Hey Guys
I can se that i'm not the only one there's wondering why umbraco, dont have the full package of what http://www.tinymce.com offers.
I know it's a matter of what is most necessary for the clients, but all what I'm seeing is a lot of great missing options. I also know it's possible to acces those missing options, http://imulus.com/blog/bruce-clark/extending-tinymce-in-umbraco
BUT i want more :D
Does anyone know where to find and access all these great missing options :D

Anything in particular you're missing?
