    Multi Language Setup

I've read some of the posts on setting up multi language, and followed this post:

    http://our.umbraco.org/wiki/how-tos/running-multi-lingual-sites-under-a-single-domain

But can't seem to get it to work, I have this setup:

    Content
    -- it ( it.mysite.com )
    -- en ( en.mysite.com )

I've added the hostnames and selected the different languages for each, but when I go to the relevant page it throws a 404 not found page and also on the root pages en.mysite.com, it resolves back to the hosting providers holding page.

Did I miss something in the setup?

    Thanks, pete

    Hi Pete

Have you also added the bindings in IIS? What version of Umbraco are you currently using?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    /Jan

    Hi Jan

Thanks for the reply, the site is on a shared hosting platform, so not sure I'll have access to the bindings, I'll check.

    The site is on 4.9

    Pete
