    Umbraco 4.7 - User without Publishing rights is able to Publish randomly

    Hi,

    There is a user or 2 that are set up as Editors and have only ever had Send to Publish abilities.  Recently, they are able to Publish pages.  I checked the archives and sure enough it shows them as publishing the page.  I checked the page rights as well and it shows this user as only have Send to Publish rights.  Could this be a bug?  Is there a fix? Should I check for anything else?
