The rich text editor has started throwing an error and is no longer loading in the backend of umbraco.
I have a production site set up on port 8080 this redirects to a load balancer on port 80.The site is running on version 4.6.1. I have checked and reset all my permissions on both the umbraco folder and umbraco_client folders. I have also tried setting the document.domain as per this post http://our.umbraco.org/forum/getting-started/installing-umbraco/24166-What-determines-the-port-to-load-tinyMCE-on-Not-working-47 but this has still not fixed anything. Can anyone help us on this issue?
I get the following error in my web console:-
Failed to load resource http://XXXXXXXXXX:8080/umbraco_client/tinymce3/langs/en.js
Did you return the same error when when you specified the document domain.
have you tried moving the en.js fiole to another location and tried to get it to access form there.. just to ensure it is actually able to load or is not corrupted??
